Kelli Ann has been a Caring Friends team member since June 2018. Kelli Ann lives in Fairbury with her husband, Neil, of 19 years and their three Children, CJ Scolari (23), Darby (17), and Dale (15).

 

Kelli Ann's favorite part of her job is her clients! She loves spending time with them and helping with whatever their daily needs may be.

 

When Kelli Ann isn’t caring for clients, she loves to spend time camping with friends and family, and she also enjoys roller skating!

 

Kelli Ann’s supervisor has said that she is extremely helpful when it comes to picking up a needed shift and she can ALWAYS count on her to help out!!

    Caregiving for seniors requires a gentle and loving approach, compassion, patience, and dedication. By providing our services, we restore balance and give peace of mind to our senior clients and their families.

     

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Experience working with elderly; either professionally or personally.

    Must have valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, and personal car.

    Must pass background checks and drug tests

    Must have daily access to Email and cell phone

    Must have strong communication skills both written and orally

    Companionship Provide one-on-one care, comfort, supervision & conversation.

    JOB SUMMARY:The Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for clients and staff. Site Coordinators will ensure that clients will receive timely, high quality and efficient home care services.  QUALIFICATIONS:A minimum of a high school diplomaPrior caregiver/CNA experience preferredComputer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel and PCCBasic medical terminologyInterpersonal, organizational and communication skillsMust have excellent leadership qualities  RESPONSIBILITIES:Understands and adheres to established Caring Friends policies and procedures.Creates and maintains staff and client schedules.Provide new client assessments.Being point of contact for clients and families.Establish and maintain relationships with identified referral sources.Contacts caregivers and clients regarding day-to-day changes.
